Google reviews calculator, and help asking for more
Your rating moves as new reviews arrive, so we set up a simple way to ask every customer for one, priced before we start. For context, sellers that publish a price for a review plate or NFC stand ask a median of £20.

What the set-up covers
Most businesses need only some of these; the price you get back lists which ones, and why they suit how your customers buy.
Your review link and QR code
A short link and a QR code that open the review box on your Google Business Profile directly, so leaving a review takes a customer a few taps rather than a search.
Asking at the right moment
A short message after each sale or job, by email or text, written in your voice and sent to every customer rather than a chosen few, which is what Google's review policy expects.
Something for the counter
If customers come to you in person, advice on a plate, stand or card for the till, using the prices in the table below so you know what one should cost before you buy.
Replying to reviews
Polite, specific replies to the reviews you already have, good and bad, and reporting any that break Google's rules through Google's own process. Whether one comes down is Google's decision, not ours.

Every provider below was read on its own page through our fetch box, and the row says what that page published on the day we read it. 5 of 35 publish a figure; the rest are listed too, because how many will not quote a number is the most useful thing about this market. Nothing here is a quote for your job: it is what other people advertise.

How these figures were read, and how to cite them
Every row is a verbatim sentence read from the named source's own page through our fetch service on the date shown, hash-pinned to the stored read (the sha of the page's visible text; the raw page is mirrored to R2). 5 of the 35 named sources that could be read published a usable figure; 30 published none and are recorded as not published, never filled in; 3 could not be read (blocked, dead or unreachable) and count nowhere. The headline figures (median, minimum, maximum, quartiles) are over ONE figure per source in GBP (a source's median where its page yielded several accepted sentences), so N counts sources, never sentences; 192 candidate sentence(s) were refused by a reviewer with the reason recorded. Derivation as chartered: the median, minimum and maximum PUBLISHED price per product form (card, plate, plaque, countertop stand, paper handout, lightbox) and per quantity tier across every seller that publishes a price, normalised to a per-unit figure in GBP with VAT and delivery treatment stated; the split between one-off purchase and subscription sellers, which is the axis buyers are actually choosing on and which no seller shows; and the GB-made against imported split.

Guides
Every figure sourced and dated.
What happens next
- Tell us your business name, how customers buy from you and roughly how busy a normal month is.
- We look at your Google Business Profile and how reviews reach it now, then send a fixed price and what the set-up includes.
- You choose. If it is not right for you, there is nothing to pay.
The team that runs this site also does the work it quotes for. It carries no advertising, no sponsored placement and no affiliate links, and no provider in the table has paid to be there or can pay to be removed. Every figure is read from the named provider's own public page on the date shown and is what that provider advertises, not a quote for your job. Prices move; check the source before you rely on a row.
Questions, answered directly
How much does a Google review plate or NFC stand cost?
Of the 35 sellers we read, 5 publish a price. Their median published price is £20, and the middle half sit between £8.18 and £34.99; the rest ask you to enquire. If a plate suits your business, the set-up includes advice on which one to buy.(Review Hardware Price Index)
How many more reviews will it take to lift my rating?
Add up the stars across all your reviews, add the stars you expect from new ones, and divide by the new total. The more reviews you already have, the more new ones it takes to shift the average, which is why a steady flow matters more than a sudden burst.
What do you need to price the set-up?
Your business name as it appears on Google, whether customers visit you, buy online or book a job, and how you keep their contact details today. That tells us which parts of the set-up you need.
Will my details go to anyone else?
No. We run this site, read the enquiry and do the set-up ourselves. Your details are not passed to a review company or sold.
Do you need to visit my premises?
No. The link, the messages and the replies are all handled online, so it works for a business anywhere. If you want a plate or stand at the counter, it is posted to you by whoever sells it.
